Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
Assist guests by opening car doors and handling their luggage.
Safely maneuver and park vehicles in designated areas, ensuring security.
Promptly retrieve vehicles for guests, verifying proper identification of cars and keys.
Provide information, answer guest inquiries, and address concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and parking tickets.
Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damages before parking and report any issues.
Qualifications
- Valid professional drivers license (restriction codes 1, 2, or higher preferred).
- Proven experience as a Valet Driver or similar role is an advantage.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of traffic regulations and parking procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
