Job Title: Personal Driver
Location: New Orleans, LA
Compensation: $53,000 – $56,000 annually (W-2 position) + Annual Bonus Opportunity
Benefits: Employer paid health benefits
Schedule: Variable – including nights, weekends, and emergency/storm response travel
Overview
A respected Partner at our firm is seeking a reliable, discreet, and professional Personal Driver. This is a full-time W-2 position requiring a flexible schedule, including availability during evenings, weekends, and out-of-town travel as part of a storm response team. In addition to transportation responsibilities, this role will provide support for firm events and assist the Building Manager with various office and facility-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for the Firm's Partner and others, as needed
- Operate a variety of vehicles, including Sprinter Vans and RVs
- Ensure vehicles are maintained, fueled, and clean at all times
- Monitor traffic, weather, and road conditions to ensure on-time arrivals
- Assist with errands and other transportation-related tasks
- Remain available on-call for flexible and responsive scheduling needs
- Travel with the storm response team as needed
- Support firm events through preparation, setup, breakdown, and logistical assistance
- Complete store runs and purchase supplies for events, office needs, and special projects
- Assist the Building Manager with office, facility, and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license; CDL not required but preferred
- Experience driving large vehicles (e.g., Sprinter Van, RV)
- Clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of local and regional routes
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong reliability, discretion, and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and assist with duties beyond driving when needed
