Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Porta potty driver/service role located in Kelowna, BC. The role involves driving service trucks to various customer locations to deliver, pick up, and service portable toilets and related sanitation equipment. Day-to-day tasks include safely operating company trucks, cleaning and restocking units, performing minor maintenance, and documenting service activities accurately. The Porta potty driver/service team member interacts with customers on-site, responds to service requests, and ensures units are placed and maintained according to safety and quality standards. The role also requires following all company policies, local regulations, and health and safety procedures, as well as performing routine vehicle inspections and reporting any issues.
Qualifications
- Strong truck driving skills
- Effective Communication abilities for coordinating routes, documenting service work, and interacting with team members.
- Customer Service skills to provide professional, respectful, and responsive support to clients at job sites and events.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle and equipment inspection procedures and willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols.
- Reliable work habits, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Clean driving record and ability to meet all company and regulatory requirements for commercial vehicle operation.
