Role Description The Professional Driver role is a part-time, position that focuses on providing luxury chauffeur services for a variety of client needs, including airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, private events, and group outings. Day-to-day responsibilities include safely operating company vehicles, following scheduled routes and itineraries, and ensuring timely pickup and drop-off of guests. The Professional Driver will provide courteous, discreet, and attentive service, assist with luggage and passenger comfort, and maintain a clean, presentable vehicle at all times. This role also involves communicating clearly with dispatch, clients, and partner organizations, adhering to traffic laws and company policies, and representing Compass Luxury Transportation with professionalism and reliability.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience professional driving, with safe driving record. (Preferred but not required)
- Valid South Carolina drivers license or other relevant commercial driver’s license, as required by service needs.
- Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and team members.
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a focus on hospitality, discretion, and client satisfaction.
- Ability to operate and maneuver different vehicle types, including luxury SUVs, executive vans, or similar Truck-class vehicles.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.
- Knowledge of local and regional routes, airports, hotels, and event venues is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability in all assignments.
