Job Description
- Monitor continuously the production process to ensure conformity of the finished goods product specifications to preset standards.
- Perform the necessary daily verification/calibration for the detection tools/equipment used in the during the manufacturing process like Metal detector, check weigher, sensors, etc…
- Ensure good arrangement of finished goods on pallet with correct tagging and place “GO” tag sticker on the pallet.
- Place “STOP” tag label on pallets of non-conforming products to ensure that it will not be shipped to FG W/H.
- Fill Daily Quality Inspection reports on JDE System and fill necessary actions taken (when needed).
- Co-ordinate with production team for required corrective actions upon need.
- Comply and follow safety and environmental instructions and participate in toolbox talks given by HSE officer.
- Consultation and participation at all applicable levels and functions ( ex. the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for improvement of the OH&S management system).
