Job Summary
CDL A Dedicated Regional Flatbed Truck Driver
- Dedicated Lane from Vancouver, WA to Idaho and back
- Home Time: 2-3 days a week
- Pay $1,500- $1800 (paid weekly)

Duties
- Safely operate flatbed trucks on over-the-road routes from Vancouver to, following all FMCSA and DOT regulations.
- Load and unload freight, including securing cargo on flatbeds with appropriate tie-downs and safety measures.
- Navigate using GPS systems to ensure efficient routing and timely deliveries across assigned routes.
- Transport various types of freight such as heavy machinery, hazardous materials (Hazmat), or dangerous goods, complying with hazardous materials regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer, checking for mechanical issues, proper load securement, and safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports in accordance with logistics cargo handling standards.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate pickups and deliveries while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in commercial truck driving, especially with flatbed or tractor-trailer units.
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations, DOT requirements, and hazardous materials regulations.
- Skilled in manual transmission driving and manual handling of freight.
- Experience with GPS navigation systems for route planning and execution.
- Ability to load & unload freight safely using proper techniques; familiarity with truck loading/unloading equipment preferred.
- Strong understanding of logistics cargo handling procedures for freight including dangerous goods or tanker loads.
