About the Opportunity: The Regional Manager – Dedicated Driver is responsible for managing a network of dedicated drivers, including employees and contractors, to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role supports drivers directly, meets customer needs, and leads tactical initiatives that uphold top service standards. The position demands a hands-on leader focused on driver development and cultivating strong relationships with both drivers and customers to maintain operational excellence
