WM is seeking a skilled Residential Driver with at least one year of driving experience and a Class 3 or DZ license. In this on-site position, you’ll be responsible for complying with DOT regulations, conducting vehicle inspections, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll also collaborate with the Operations Manager to enhance route efficiency and share important feedback regarding safety issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate vehicle per OSHA and DOT regulations
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections with DVIR
• Report service issues and safety concerns immediately
• Communicate customer requests to management
• Ensure customer locations are left clean and free of debris
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year Class 3 vehicle operation experience
• Valid DZ or Class 3 license required
• Must be 18 years or older with legal work eligibility
• Pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
• Maintain a clean driving record
