By applying your expertise within our facility in Rochester as the Roll Off Driver, you will:
- Operate a Roll-Off truck on local routes
- Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers safely
- Transport recyclable materials to regional facilities
- Perform loading/unloading and secure containers properly
- Complete required paperwork and maintain DOT compliance
- Provide professional, customer-focused service
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and management
Qualifications
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record
- Roll-off experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Flexibility for day/evening shifts, with occasional Saturdays/holidays
