The Role
We are currently partnered with an exciting Autonomous Trucking company who are in need of Safety Drivers to help test, operate, and monitor autonomous trucking technology. This is a commercial trucking / yard logistics role specifically focused on container hauling, and yard operations, not long-haul OTR trucking.
Skillset
- 5+ years of trucking experience
- Experience moving 40' and 53' shipping containers
- Moving short-distance “drayage-style” routes (not cross-country)
- Experience coupling/uncoupling trailers
- Moving trailers around logistics yards
- Safety Inspections
- CDL License (Preferred)
- An Interest in emerging technology
