Job Purpose (overall high level summary of the role)
- Monitoring a daily corporate action announcements event, published in Tadawul website, and send it to KL Team for further processing.
- Monitoring and processing the proxy voting instructions received from KL team.
- Vote on behalf of Custody clients on Tadawullaty and ensure all are processed in a timely manner. Then, send a confirmation email to KL Team, to proceed on sending swift confirmation to respective clients.
- Monitoring a new method payment and processing respective vouchers if any.
- Following up with issuers on pending payments.
- Updating daily CA check-list.
- Checking on payments with KL (conforming suspense account balance and advise on discrepancy is any).
- Advising on cash anomalies if any.
- Act in processing IPOs payments upon received and confirm to CSM.
- Monitoring Rights exercise processing and ensure all clients instructions are processed accordingly.
- Follow up with KL CA team all respective Rights Exercise messages and reports are sent to subscribed clients.
- Monitoring and reconciling Dividends internal account.
- Confirm new payments methods in Tadaulatiy.
- Handling WHT special processing.
- Sending Weekly monthly System generated reports to clients.
Qualifications / Experience (For the role – not the role holder. Minimum requirements of the role.)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Good command of English language
- Good communication skills
- 1-2 years Job experience Service Delivery.
