As a Shunter, you’ll be working night shifts running from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, based out of Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time yard role responsible for safely moving trailers in and out of dock doors and maintaining smooth yard operations. This role is best suited for an experienced AZ driver with strong shunting experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced yard environment.
What we offer:
• Night shift schedule (10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
• Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday work schedule
• Hourly pay of $27–28/hr (base plus bonus)
• Weekly Pay
What you do:
• Shunt trailers safely and efficiently within the yard and dock area
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on equipment
• Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams for trailer placement
• Maintain accurate yard and trailer movement records
• Follow all company and safety policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
• Valid AZ License with no restrictions
• Minimum 2 years of AZ driving experience with shunting experience
• Clean CVOR and Driver Abstract
• Clean criminal background check
