We are looking for an experienced Signals & Communication Maintenance Manager focused on safety and efficiency within our light rail system. Your expertise will support the inspection, testing, and maintenance processes, directly impacting service reliability. You will collaborate with various teams to drive innovative solutions and ensure a comprehensive approach to system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test and inspect signals & communication systems
• Ensure proper operation of all communication equipment
• Investigate, resolve, and document failures
• Conduct maintenance and repair essential components
• Assist with snow and grass maintenance as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent is essential
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience required
• Certification in electronics or railroad signals preferred
• Valid “G” driver’s license with clean record
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
