As a Stores Helper/Driver, you will report directly to the materials department crew lead. Key tasks include delivering goods, constructing work kits per Bill of Materials, and conducting inventory counts. Doing so ensures the operational efficiency that Conair is known for in aerial firefighting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and pick up goods from stores and overhaul shops
• Build kits for stock and work orders accurately
• Stock inventory in appropriate locations and bins
• Assist with regular inventory and cycle counts
• Issue parts and tools over the Stores counter
Requirements:
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
• Hold a valid class 5 or higher BC Driver’s License
• Experience operating a delivery style van and forklift
• Knowledge of aircraft parts and inventory control systems
• Familiarity with WHMIS and hazardous spills procedures
