Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily activities for track work gangs
• Mark and assess rail ties for repair needs
• Maintain timely distribution of rail and materials
• Collaborate with outside departments and contractors
• Initiate winter snow fighter operations as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED essential
• 5 years’ rail infrastructure experience required
• Knowledge of Canadian Rail Operating Rules
• Strong leadership abilities and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time
