Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Support Worker with a requirement to hold a valid driver’s license in KT6 or UB9. Based in High Wycombe, the Support Worker will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. Responsibilities include providing practical and emotional support, maintaining a secure environment, and facilitating effective communication with the individuals and their families.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Support Worker and providing personalized care
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build relationships
- Knowledge of Safeguarding practices and a commitment to ensuring client safety
- Effective Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Basic Technical Support skills to assist with any day-to-day technical needs
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs and provide empathetic care
- Experience in rehabilitation or healthcare settings is an advantage
