City Wide Taxi Oshawa is seeking reliable and professional Taxi Drivers to join our growing team. Serving the community since 1977, we provide safe, efficient, and customer focused transportation services across Oshawa and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, and committed to delivering excellent customer service in an independent work environment.
Shift Details:
- Day Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Flexible scheduling available
- Shift fees discussed during the interview process
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company standards
- Provide a professional and positive experience for all passengers
- Accurately handle cash and electronic payments
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition
- Keep accurate trip logs and report any incidents
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Clean criminal background
- Previous driving experience is an asset but not required
- Must be willing to obtain a taxi license from the city of Oshawa
Compensation:
- $1-$300 (daily income potential varies)
- Company vehicle provided
