You will be based at our Malaga depot, and you will start and finish your day here. You will work in and around the Suburbs of Perth, both North and South of the river. This is a permanent full-time position.
About You
- Hold a current WA HR or HR-B Licence.
- Previous Tilt tray/haib Driver experience is highly desired.
- Able to work unsupervised as an individual or together as a team member.
- Load restraint competency
- Rigging dogging competency [required for using haib]
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Safely operate a tilt tray truck to transport a variety of items, including machinery, containers, and vehicles.
- Load and unload items efficiently, ensuring safety and timeliness.
- Managing your own time to meet schedules.
- Performing all required pre-start, wash-down end of shift and routine maintenance procedures.
- Be able to work autonomously whilst maintaining a company driven focus.
- Comply with all road transport regulations and adhere to safety procedures to ensure smooth and secure operations.
Skills And Experience
- Have a current Western Australian HR-B licence or higher.
- Mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Must have minimum of 2 years Truck driving experience.
- Display a sense of urgency and punctuality in their work.
- Possess strong time management and organisational skills.
- Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen.
