We’re looking for a motivated and organised Transport Manager to lead a team of drivers, manage vehicle operations, and maintain a smooth-running transport function at our Coventry branch.
What you’ll be doing :
- Coordinating and overseeing transport operations to ensure accurate delivery to our customers on time.
- Supporting, monitoring and communicating with drivers to keep things running efficiently.
- Carrying out and recording vehicle safety and maintenance checks in line with company and legal standards.
- Maintaining strong communication with internal teams and external contacts across the supply chain.
- Managing health and safety practices to ensure a safe and tidy working environment.
- Ensuring branch policies and compliance standards are met.
