We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Transportation Driver / Appointment Scheduler to join our team. This is a dual-role position supporting resident transportation needs while also assisting with appointment scheduling and central supply.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, outings, and other destinations
- Coordinate and schedule resident appointments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and outside providers
- Maintain transportation logs and documentation
- Assist with central supply, including inventory, stocking, and distribution of supplies throughout the facility
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance checks
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure resident comfort during transport
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in transportation, scheduling, or healthcare preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Dependable, professional, and resident-focused attitude
- Ability to move throughout the facility and assist with supply needs as required
