Responsibilities
Job Description
- Weekday responsibilities will vary between medical transportation and bus excursions.
- Sunday is church outings which is fairly consistent with time.
- Drive a Ford Transit Van and a 14 passenger (non CDL) bus, a Ford Champion.
- Cleaning and maintaining the vehicle
- Keeping mileage logs
- Creating Medical transportation schedule
Requirements
- Customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with our residents.
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable/able to drive at night
- Comfortable/experience driving a 14 passenger bus (NO CDL required) preferred but not required.
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs. or so.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
- Required to bend down to secure walkers and wheelchairs, lifting wheelchairs, bags of groceries and other items into storage area.
Hours And Schedule
- Sunday – Thursday: 40 Hours a week
- 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (average Schedule)
