Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Buffalo, NY. The Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating trucks to transport chemical materials to designated locations. Daily tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading cargo, following DOT regulations, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role emphasizes adherence to strict safety protocols and compliance with transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Current and valid CDL Class A license
- Proficiency in Truck Driving and the operation of heavy vehicles
- Experience with Loading, Unloading, and securement of cargo
- Knowledge of DOT Regulations and adherence to safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- High School Diploma or equivalent; previous experience in chemical transportation is a plus
