Summary
The laundry truck driver is responsible for picking up soiled linen and delivering clean linen to the Goodwill laundry accounts.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Observe all safety practices and operate laundry vehicles per Florida State Law.
- Deliver and pick up soiled and clean processed linen.
- Inspect and report any unsafe or damaged condition of company vehicles to laundry management.
- Keep laundry vehicles fueled as necessary.
- Maintain and update company delivery logs, truck security seals, and DOT-required documentation.
- Enter receiving and delivery data manually or into the receiving PC keyboard.
- Keep the truck cab clean and disinfect the rear box with the provided chemicals after each soiled linen pickup.
- Other duties as assigned.
