Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, remote Truck Driver Recruiter to screen and convert qualified CDL drivers into active hires. This role is focused on reviewing company-provided leads, communicating with applicants, and moving them efficiently through the hiring process.
All leads are supplied — this is not a sourcing role. The focus is on consistent follow-up, strong communication, and turning qualified applicants into hires.

Responsibilities
- Review and screen incoming driver applications
- Contact company-provided leads via phone, text, and email
- Pre-qualify drivers based on company hiring criteria
- Guide candidates through the onboarding and hiring process
- Maintain consistent follow-up to convert applicants into hires
- Track and manage candidate activity using recruiting tools
Qualifications
- Exceptional English speaking and writing skills (clear, professional communication is critical)
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build rapport and connect with drivers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
- Highly responsive with strong follow-up habits
- Organized and able to manage candidate communication effectively
- Comfortable working in a results-driven environment
- Previous experience in recruiting, sales, trucking, or human resources required
- Truck driver recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation
- Performance-based compensation tied to successful driver hires
- Paid per qualified driver hire
- No base salary
- Average monthly earnings range from $1,000 to $2,000 USD, based on performance
