You’ll work under the oversight of the Ramp Captain, ensuring operations run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests promptly with professionalism
• Confirm vehicle and valet request details calmly
• Carry out vehicle inspections before acceptance
• Safely park and return vehicles following protocols
• Immediately report safety issues or damage occurrences
Requirements:
• Proven customer service skills in a luxury environment
• Must be at least 22 years old for insurance reasons
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record required
• Availability for part-time shifts on weekends
• Ability to stand for long durations
