We are looking for a high-energy, commercially-minded Sales Merchandiser to champion our well-established FMCG brand across retail and foodservice outlets. What You’ll Be Doing

As the face of our brand on the road, no two days will look the same. You will:

  • Own Your Territory: Manage, nurture, and aggressively grow your warm existing customer base across your assigned region.
  • Build Partnerships: Become a trusted partner to retailers and foodservice customers.
  • Drive Growth: Introduce exciting new products, spearhead in-store promotions, and secure prime shelf visibility.
  • Hunt Opportunity: Keep your eyes peeled for new business openings and turn new prospects into loyal, long-term accounts.
  • Be the Eyes and Ears: Stay ahead of market trends, track competitor moves, and feed valuable insights back to the wider team.
  • Pay It Forward: As you master the role, you'll help mentor and support new team members joining the ranks.

Who You Are

You don’t need a corporate sales background, but you do need drive, grit, and a people-first attitude. We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience in FMCG van sales, field sales, retail sales, merchandising, or delivery/van driving.
  • You’re a self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged. You are organised, proactive, and commercially sharp.
  • A natural relationship builder with top-tier communication skills and a genuine passion for food, brands, and the fast-paced FMCG industry.
  • Comfortable using handheld sales tech, reporting systems, and MS Office to log your wins.

Essential Requirements:

  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
