The Warehouse & Route Delivery Driver is responsible for supporting warehouse operations and safely delivering wholesale tire orders to customers and store locations on scheduled routes. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming tire shipments
- Accurately pick, stage, and load orders for delivery routes
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely
- Verify order accuracy before delivery
Delivery Responsibilities
- Deliver wholesale tire orders to customers, dealerships, and store locations
- Load and unload tires safely and efficiently
- Follow scheduled delivery routes and timelines
- Complete delivery paperwork and obtain customer signatures
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and professional delivery vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Previous delivery driving or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to safely lift and move tires regularly (up to 75 lbs.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus
- CDL is helpful but not required for many routes
