All in One Moving & Storage is looking for a highly organized and dependable Warehouse / Dispatching Assistant to support daily operations at our Newport News location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance customer communication, scheduling, and warehouse coordination.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily dispatching of moving crews and trucks
- Coordinate schedules, route updates, and crew communication
- Monitor truck readiness, equipment, and warehouse organization
- Track storage inventory and assist with inbound/outbound items
- Communicate ETAs and schedule confirmations with customers
- Help manage paperwork, job closeouts, and operational updates
- Support overall branch operations to ensure smooth daily workflow
Preferred Skills
- Dispatching or logistics experience
- Customer service background
- Inventory or warehouse coordination
- Familiarity with Hampton Roads area routes
We’re seeking someone who can serve as a central point of coordination between our crews, customers, and warehouse operations while helping maintain a high level of service and efficiency.
Qualifications

- Comfortable working with scheduling software and computers
- Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
- Logistics, moving, warehouse, or dispatch experience 3+ yrs
