Job Duties:
As our Warehouse Driver, we are looking for a dedicated individual who would be assisting with maintaining the warehouse, inventory, and tools. You will also play a pivotal role in the day‑to‑day operations by delivering parts, materials, and tools to job sites and performing the essential functions listed below:
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a warehouse environment and/or as a truck driver. High school diploma preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and experience operating a motor vehicle, and enjoys driving.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to work with and receive instructions from a wide variety of individuals.
- General forklift experience; forklift certification required.
- Experience/comfort level driving, loading, and securing the load on a large flatbed or lift gate truck.
- Preferred familiarity with the area between Olympia and Everett (routes often self‑managed).
- Must have safety toe boots, non‑skid, high ankle boots. All other PPE is provided. A safety‑first mindset is critical.
Other Duties:
- Promotes safety and cleanliness in a warehouse environment.
- Assists with yearly physical inventory counts (1‑2 shifts per year).

Annual Base Pay Range:
The hiring range for this role is $43,400 – $57,015. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable Compensation: KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentive (50/50) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
