Job Type: Full-time 40 hours per week, permanent contract
(Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm)
TLA Distribution Ltd are a well-established diverse business and an ever-growing company with over 90 employees across 5 branches throughout the UK, our team of dedicated, knowledgeable staff provide excellent technical support to our customers for automation and control products throughout the industrial electrical industry. We believe that our friendly, supportive atmosphere with ongoing training makes our team the best.
As we expand the company, we are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Warehouse Operative/Driver to support our warehouse team, based at our head office in Bingham, Nottingham with immediate starts available
The role will involve.
· Picking and Packing orders
· Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
· Report any discrepancies
· Van loading
· Stock Checks
· Driving
· Driving – Applicants must have a valid full UK driving licence
· Communicate and cooperate with manager and coworkers
Requirements and skills
· Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker
· Experience in inventory software, databases and systems
· Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
· Good organisational and time management skills
· Ability to lift heavy objects
· Current forklift licence – Not essential
